Supper Clubbers had a Mexican Fiesta at the Hammock's this week. We served up tacos, chicken quesadillas, beef & cheese chimichangas, and chips with salsa. For dessert, we had chocolate chess pie & homemade vanilla ice cream. It was a small crowd with the Griners' still being on vacation and Clay, Dana & Leah being at vacation bible school. But, it was still a good time.
Tomorrow is Findlay's birthday! We all hope you have a wonderful day!
I hope everyone is looking forward to vacation. It is quickly approaching with less than two weeks left now! We need to all get together sometime soon for one last "meeting" to nail down the specifics. I cannot wait...I know it's going to be so much fun!

Postponed SC
Sorry, but I don't have much to post this week! SC was to be held at our house this past weekend, but since so many families had Father's Day plans, we postponed & will pick up this weekend! I hope all of our families had wonderful Father's Day & were able to spend it with your loved ones!
Vacation is getting near, everyone! We have less than 3 weeks now...woo-hoo!

Yummy, Warm Cakes
Supper Clubbers gathered at the Wiggins' Sunday night for a delicious meal of spaghetti, garlic bread, and salads. We had two yummy, warm cakes to choose from for dessert...one chocolate & one strawberry! Of course, I had to sample them both...they were great!
And, we're proud to report that after a little scare last night, both Stacy & baby Griner are both doing fine! We are so relieved & thankful!
Get ready for vacation....there's less than a month left now!

Missed Supper Club!
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to Supper Club last weekend, but I hear that the Griner's cooked up a fabulous meal. I'm not sure what all was served, but I've heard mention of ham and some really great mac-n-cheese that involved croutons. That sounds right up my alley! As soon as I hear more details or a recipe for that mac-n-cheese, I'll be sure to post it!
Only 1 month left guys! Don't forget, our final payments are due this Thursday!

Catch-Up #2...
Supper Club is growing, again! This time with a new baby! We are so pleased to hear that the Griner's are expecting again! Baby Griner should arrive in early January (but I'm pulling for December 30th...my birthday!)

Memorial Day weekend, we had supper club in Dellwood. Shannon grilled us up some hamburgers, hotdogs, and sausages. They had all the trimmings to go along with it including an American flag cake with ice cream! Afterwards, we even played a few hands of "Griner" rummy!
The next day, supper clubbers descending on the Cunningham Place for some fishing. We had such a great time & caught a ton of fish!
Last night, we had supper club at the Mason's. Tracy had cooked a delicious ham, corn-on-the-cob, garden peas, sweet potato casserole and crescent rolls. For dessert, we enjoyed chocolate eclairs!
The countdown is getting shorter until time to go to Myrtle Beach. I will try to have everyone some handouts this week on how much is owed by June 11th! I cannot wait!
