Happy Birthday, Shannon!

Supper Clubbers gathered Saturday night at the Mason clubhouse to celebrate Shannon's 31st birthday. We cooked boston butts, hotdogs for the kids, and had tons of sides to along with it. There was even a John Deere cake with pine trees served with vanilla ice cream. He received lots of great gifts, had a really good turnout & everyone seemed to have a great time. And, what's a party without ending it with a card game!?!

There were so many leftovers that we all went back Sunday night and ate it again! It was just as good the second time!

We all want to send our well-wishes to the Griner's. We know ya'll had a really rough weekend and are still trying to get Riley back to 100%. Know that we all love you & are here to help in any way we can. Get well soon, Riley!

Valentine's Supper Club

Last night, the Wiggins' hosted a great Valentine's Supper Club. We enjoyed a delicious boston butt with hashbrown casserole, butter beans and crescent rolls. For dessert, we had our choice of chocolate delight or chocolate chip pound cake with ice cream.

After supper, the kids enjoyed exchanging Valentine's with each other! They were all on a sugar-high by the end of the night!

"Wii" Enjoyed Supper Club

Supper Club was busy over the weekend. Several of us met up at Coleman's Lake for supper Saturday night & it was really good (as always). Then, we headed over to the Mason's for a "late-night welcome home" visit for Cliff. We also enjoyed shooting skeet at the pond yesterday afternoon and testing out Clay's new skeet-thrower (which almost broke his arm earlier in the day!)

We all gathered at the Mason's last night for supper and enjoyed a delicous meal of spaghetti and garlic bread. Tracy had also made a chocolate chip cookie dough brownie and served it with vanilla ice cream...mmm.mmm!

Of course, anytime we gather at the Mason's this is what happens...There is just something about the Wii that makes us all become big kids and suddenly get very competitive. Just look at the intense concentration and the "professional wii-playing" stance...But, try as they might (and they all did...numerous times), they cannot beat the cow-racing champion. (That's me!)

Jaxson's Headed Home

After a brief stay in the hospital, we are all so thrilled that little Jaxson is finally well enough to go home. A nasty virus has been hanging around with him on & off for the last few weeks leaving him dehydrated. But, thankfully, after a few bags of fluids, he's doing much better. We all pray that this nasty little bug will leave our sweet little boy alone now & that he is on his way to a full recovery! Get Well Soon, Jaxson!

Super Bowl Supper Club

Congratulations, Steelers on your Super Bowl victory! A few supper club members gathered at the Mason's last night to watch the Super Bowl. It was a great game, but I think we mostly enjoyed watching the commercials...there were some really good ones! Of course, we had more than enough food to feed several large families, but it was all delicious!
